Kenny Letner is the founder of Aweigh Real Estate. After spending two decades in the United States Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, Kenny found his way into Real Estate.
It didn’t take Kenny long to realize that the current approach to Real Estate was lacking something. There had to be a better way…
That’s exactly what Kenny set out to do after he got his Broker’s License. Thus, Aweigh Real Estate was established.
Throughout Kenny’s career, he has successfully launched a variety of successful companies.
Kenny thrives on instilling his wisdom in others, helping countless agents start and thrive in their careers. To this day Kenny has trained thousands of agents on a national level and is a renowned keynote speaker at various conventions.

I am just now finishing Accidental Real Estate and finding it to be anything but another business book. Instead, it’s a heartfelt, well-thought-out guide by a man who has lived through his struggles and success in building a career in real estate. Kenny Letner’s frank storytelling and no-nonsense advice make for a rare marriage of motivation and practical wisdom. What really makes this book stand out is how real it is. He does not hold back on hard-learned lessons from being an “accidental Realtor” operating without systems, relying on luck, and experiencing the dreaded “roller coaster paycheck.”
